Nothing on the Platform transfers any Intellectual Property Rights to You. The licence granted to You under Section 4 of these Terms is a limited access licence only — it does not constitute a transfer or assignment of any ownership rights whatsoever.

All rights reserved.

6.3 Trademarks

“Atal Institute of Management”, “AIM”, “AIMforIndia”, “aimforindia.com”, “Sajag Nagrik”, and all associated logos and brand identifiers are trademarks or proprietary designations of AIM and / or the Centre for Social Reforms (India). You may not use these marks in any way without AIM’s prior written consent — including in domain names, social media handles, promotional materials, or any other context.

6.4 Third-party intellectual property

Where the Platform includes content licensed from third parties, such content remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party owner. AIM makes no claim of ownership over such third-party content.

6.5 Reporting infringement

If You believe that any Content on the Platform infringes Your intellectual property rights, please notify AIM in writing at support@aimforindia.com with full details of the alleged infringement. AIM will investigate all valid complaints and take appropriate action.

By submitting any UGC to the Platform, You grant AIM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit that UGC in any media or format, for any purpose connected with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform and AIM’s services — without any obligation to compensate You.

The fact that AIM does not immediately remove UGC that violates these Terms does not constitute a waiver of AIM’s right to remove such content at any later time.

7.5 AIM is not liable for UGC

AIM does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any UGC posted by Learners on the Platform. AIM expressly disclaims all liability arising from or related to any UGC, including any errors, omissions, defamatory statements, offensive content, or intellectual property violations contained in UGC posted by any Learner.
