To process Your enrolment, provide access to course content, assign You to the appropriate programme, manage course progress and assessments, and communicate with You about Your learning at AIM.
To respond to Your enquiries, send important updates about programmes, schedule changes, live session reminders, certificate issuance, and administrative matters. This includes communication via email, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp.
To generate Your digital student ID card, issue certificates of completion upon passing the required assessment, and maintain records to support lifetime certificate verification via QR code.
To process Your programme fee payments securely through our payment gateway partners — Razorpay and HDFC. AIM does not store card or banking credentials directly. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant partners.
With Your explicit consent, to use testimonials, course completion information, and feedback for promotional purposes including on our Platform, social media channels, and marketing materials. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Us.
To comply with applicable Indian laws, court orders, regulatory requirements, and legitimate requests from law enforcement or government authorities.
To analyse how our Platform and programmes are used, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the quality and relevance of our content.
We do not sell, rent, or trade Your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share Your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Razorpay and HDFC receive the information necessary to process Your payment securely. Their use of Your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
If live classes are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet, Your name and email may be shared with those platforms to generate session links. Their use of Your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who assist Us in operating our Platform, processing payments, or delivering communications. These providers are contractually required to protect Your data and are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than providing services to AIM.
Your name and programme completion status may be visible to authorised parties scanning Your certificate QR code for the sole purpose of verifying its authenticity.
We may disclose Your personal information if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of AIM or its learners, or respond to valid requests from public authorities including courts or government agencies.

AIM’s programmes are intended for learners aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
If We become aware that We have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor without appropriate consent, We will take immediate steps to delete that information.
